Wellard Hammer-Loc Tie-Down Assembly

Like our QWIK-Connect interface the recent development and introduction of our Patent Pending "Wellard Hammer-Loc" tie-down assemblies have been embraced by the transportable building and mine camp construction industry.  Offered as an alternative to the QWIK-Connect it is engineered to accommodate the connection of seatainer frame based buildings to screwpile tie down ground anchors.  Installed correctly Hammer-Loc allows for the post-tensioning of ground anchors to the buildings tie-downs and any supporting blocks.

Hammer-Loc can be easily retro-fitted to sea containers and structures already placed on ground.  Like the QWIK-Connect Hammer-Loc reduces building placement and securing times.  De-commissioning of buildings is just as quick and Hammer-Loc is totally reusable as are the screwpile tie down ground anchors.

Hammer-Loc is manufactured from certificed load rated components to suit the up-lift capacity of the ground anchor tie downs.
