Quality Assurance & Testing

Screwpile Technologies Group (STG) has developed and installed Australia's only rotary hydraulic powerhead and installing machine torque callibration and certification center.  The test bed is located at our Bayswater premises.  All Screwpile Australia and "Accredited Screwpile Australia Installers" installing machinery are regularly tested, calibrated and certified to ensure installing torque readings are correct and true in accordance with the screwpile installing records.

Installing machinery is minespec' ready and document control and maintanence procedures are current and up to date.

Screwpile Australia is currently undertaking the process of becomming a certified NATA testing center to ensure its own testing disclipines meets strict Australian standards and protocols.

Where requested by clients screwpile product is ID labelled allowing for continual tracking and quality control of manufactured tested and installed product.  This also applies to the decommissioning of temporary or semi-permanent applications such as cyclonic tie-down foundation anchors such as for mining camps and donga transportable building styled village accommodation centers.

Screwpile Australia uses the latest SMARTRADE manufacturing and project management software to ensure procedures are adequately documented and tracked.
