Are you
A Engineer?, A Home Owner?,
or A Builder?
The ever increasing urbanisation of our communities means land that was previously considered unsuitable for construction, ie; ex-rubbish tips, market gardens, peat areas, old creek beds and the like are now valuable pieces of land and the increase in building costs due to the need for deep piling can be justified. Our introduction of screwpiles into the construction industry had the effect of actually reducing the costs associated with piling increasing the attractiveness in developing these sites. This combined with the speed of installation provides significant cost savings compared to conventional piling methods.
Assessing site suitability is complex, involving geotechnical, civil and structural engineering issues of design. Correct correllation and interpretation of the available information is a critical part of any building's foundation and sub-foundation system. The design must ensure integrity over the minimum design life of the building so that stability is guaranteed for the many years to come. Design and construction shortcuts now, will prove to be expensive remedial work in years to come.
Our group will ensure the entire process is done with "Best Practise" engineering manufacture and installation. We have been providing affordable quality foundation solutions since 1996. Our group of companies is proud to boast not one building or foundation performance failure in the entire time. A reputation we intend to keep.
